Herlufsholm is located very favourably facing the lawns stretching towards Susåen, and the physical environment constitutes a stimulating learning ambience.

In this framework Herlufsholm offers an education based on a comprehensive view on teaching giving each student the very best opportunity to excel academically, to develop their social skills, and to become responsible citizens. The school wants all students to continue their education after leaving Herlufsholm.

First and foremost, Herlufsholm is a boarding school, where more than 250 young people (aged 12- 19) have their home. A special feature is the fact that a teacher (with his/her family) lives next door to the students. Thus, the school is not just a place where some adults check the students, but a place, where an upbringing, based on our values, takes place.
