Every year Herlufsholm conducts a number of open arrangements:

Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.: Information meeting for future students (STX and IB)

Thursday, February 4, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.: Information meeting for 6th form applicants

Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.: Information meeting for day students (8th+9th formers, and for 6th form applicants for 2011)

On a Saturday in September an open house arrangement is launched; you may get to see a number of the various school buildings as well as the school grounds (campus).
